​請參賽者務必仔細確認以下細節

PLEASE READ ENROLLMENT DETAILS VERY CAREFULLY

參賽者須於報名截止日 2024 年 5 月 10 日 前於線上繳交初賽報名表。

Application of all categories should be submitted on or before the enrollment deadline May 10th 2024.

​

參賽者須於報名之三個工作天內 (含報名日) 繳交比賽費用，並上傳繳費證明後，才算完成整個報名程序。請留意最後繳費日期同報名截止日。

To complete the enrollment process, entrants should settle the entry fees and upload your receipt within three days of application. IMPORTANT: The final date of the Entry fee would be May 10 2024.

影音檔參賽者須將其演奏影片於 2024 年 5 月 10 日之前 (含 5 月 10 日當日) 繳交：

- 影片請上傳至 Youtube，影片連結務必確保設定為「不公開」 (擁有連結的人可以查看)。

- 影片不得進行任何混音、剪接及後期製作。

- 確保影片聲畫同步，以及音質清晰。

Online Competition entrants must submit their VIDEO on or before May 10 2024:

- The link of the performance should be uploaded on YouTube as “unlisted”.

- No mixing, editing or post-production on the video are permitted.

- The video and audio have to synchronise and the sound quality is clear.

-如果您的影音檔尚未準備好，可稍後將連結以及樂譜副本 (連同聯絡電話、參賽者姓名及申請編號)經以下方式繳交：

-If your video is not available at the moment, please send us your link and a copy of the music score (Including your contact number, applicant name, registration number) through one of the following options:

​

• 電子郵件至 (Email to) lifelong.learning.tllam@gmail.com

• 訊息至TMLEA 協會的 Facebook 專頁 (Message to our Facebook page inbox) @TMLEAMusiceducation 或  https://www.facebook.com/TMLEAMusiceducation 

• 訊息至 (Message to our) AIMA TAIWAN LINE 官方帳號 (account)

每份報名表只限填報一項比賽。

Each application form should be used for enrolling one entry only.

 

參賽者所填報的姓名必須與其身份證/ 護照相同。

Entrants should use their names identical to that of their Taiwan Identity Card or Passport for all submissions.

​

參賽者必須遵守個別比賽項目之參賽要求。違者將被取消參賽資格。

Entrants should pay attention on the requirements of each category before enrollment. Submission will be disqualified if it fails to meet the

requirements.

 

凡有年齡限制之比賽項目，均以 2023 年12月31日為計算日期，詳情請見報名表。

For those categories that are age stipulated, the governing date shall be 31 December 2023. Please check application form for further information.

在任何情況下，報名費或所有相關費用一經繳納將不退回。

Entry fee/ any other related fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

​

Live Competition schedules (such as grouping and performance sequence) will be decided by TMLEA. Notification emails will be sent to entrants at least 10 days before the competition.

各項比賽之時間表均由協會安排 (例如參賽者之分組及表演次序)，比賽詳情將會於比賽十天前 email 給參賽者，6月6日前如未收到請主動與協會聯絡。

如參賽者未能如期出賽或繳交比賽影片，協會將不會另作安排。

If entrant fails to attend the competition or submit the video before deadline，there will not be any alternative arrangement.

 

於比賽當日，參賽者須備妥以下文件到場，以便核對身份：

On the day of competition, entrants must bring the following documents to the venue for identity checking:

 

 -比賽通知電郵列印本或電子本 Printed or electronic notification email

 -台灣身份證/護照 Taiwan Identity Card / Passport 

 

若參賽者未能於出賽前出示有關文件，評審只會留下書面評語，不會就其表演打分，參賽者也不會獲發獎狀。

For those entrants who fail to present the above documents, only written comments will be given by the judges. Marks and certificates will not be awarded in this case.

​

若參賽者的演出未達水準或準備不足，主持人或評審有權示意停止。為維護參賽者權益，在規定時間內未完成演出者，主持人或評審亦有權刪短參賽者演出。

The moderator and judges have the right to stop entrant who is unprepared/ not up to the required standard. Also, for entrants who exceed the performance time limit, the moderator and judges have the right to shorten the performance when necessary.

​

參賽者比賽時須穿著整齊端莊。

Entrants should be neatly groomed, tidy and in appropriate attire during competition.

​

比賽期間由主辦單位為活動拍照或攝影之紀錄，其版權將歸主辦單位所有，確認報名者，視同意主辦單位使用活動照片之肖像權權利。

TMLEA reserve the right to photo and record all the performances and events during the competition, to be used at their discretion for social media, advertise, or otherwise. Each entrant, by signing the entry form, will renounce all rights, fees and claims regarding such recordings.
